Hello,
I am new to selling on ebay. Apparently, as soon as I printed my label for 2 items, it states they have been shipped. They have not been and when I was having problems with my account, I pressed twice to have my labels printed and was charged for each time out of my funds on hold. I sold a third item and the label wont print at all and I keep getting charged for everytime I try to print it. This does not seem like a good set up and it seems impossible to get a hold of Ebay human help. I HATE this AI crap.
Can anyone help ?

·1 week agoReprinting a label does NOT cause you to be charged again. But if you are creating it again then it will. Do you have different tracking numbers on the labels. If you do, then you are not simply reprinting a label but creating one again which will cause you to be charged again.
You are not suppose to be printing your shipping labels unless you are ready to ship. You should not be printing them ahead of time and then ship days later. That is a big no no and will only hurt you as a seller.

·1 week agoCheck to see if the labels you reprinted have the SAME TRACKING#. If tracking# is the same (you were not charged twice).
If tracking# are different you need to "cancel labels" that you did not use. Go to ORDERS, SHIPPING LABELS (select CANCEL LABEL). Be aware that USPS takes 2-3 weeks to refund "label money".
When you print "new label" (with different tracking#) you need to add that tracking# to your order. Go to ORDERS, ALL ORDERS (find that item and go TRACKING# and click EDIT and add NEW TRACKING#.
