I canceled 2 shipping label orders and was still charged.
You are charged when the labels are generated. Canceling the label does not prevent that. The carrier generally waits a few weeks to make sure the labels remain unused before they approve or decline the refund. UPS and FedEx tend to refund sooner than USPS.
The refunds will eventually appear in your account without an email notification.

After a few weeks if the label was not used the U.S.P.S. will refund your money.
