You have your listing set up to charge your buyer $4.02 for shipping.
How did you come up with that figure?
The label cost you $6.68.
Example:
Your Stone Temple Pilots shirt.
You have the listing set up to charge me $3.72 shipping via "First Class large envelope".
Are you sure that's what it's going to cost?

I think I found the listing. You offered First Class Large Envelope which is fine but you cannot print a label for that service via eBay so you probably used Ground Advantage instead.
If you want to use First Class you need to buy your shipping label at the Post Office or use stamps and drop it in a street box.
If you are wondering why, it's because eBay only offers services that include tracking. You do not have to buy labels through eBay.
FYI - First Class has no tracking, this is only an issue if your buyer opens an INR refund request, no tracking = an automatic refund in that case.
