Shipping Exclusions Suddenly missing from Hundreds of my Listings
Has anyone noticed that your shipping exclusions are missing from your listings? I noticed because I have hawaii and us protectortories on my excluded shipping locations witch free shipping due to high costs and recenty something sold to someone in Puerto Rico and shipping was about 7 dollars more on a 30 dollar item.. I went and noticed hundreds of listings had the exclusions removed.. Sooooooo... I called ebay to have them fix it.. I am now 3 weeks later, 4 phone calls all promising it will be fixed.. Nope, Ebay lies lies lies everytime I call in.. Anyone else have this happen, ebay told me it happened to lots of people but not honest anymore so who knows.. I have been selling for about 22 years.

·1 year agoIt's sometimes from using an old draft of a listing and using it over and over.
Just go into 'shipping exclusions' and click on exclusions and then the update button.
I had that problem.
I use my drafts over and over deleting photos and adding new photos.
I recently deleted a country and added new postings and those did not have the new country I don't ship to anymore.
It could be because you're shipping with eIS.

·1 year agoYou can fit problem by doing a "mass edit". Just "select items" and edit (go to exclusion list and make changes).

·1 year agoIf you need to update your exclusions you don't need eBay when you can do it yourself in a couple of minutes at most.

FYI - The cost for you to ship to HI is the same as shipping from Oregon to anyone on or near the East coast (Zone 8). PR is in Zone 9 but Ground Advantage is exactly the same price for Zone 8 or 9.
