I have an active listing for a jacket. The jacket weighs with box/packing 2lb. Using USPS ground advantage the cost to the buyer for shipping should be around $12.95 but my listing indicates over $54. How do I change the shipping costs

"Revise" the listing. Make sure you weight, dimensions, and Shipping Preferences (carrier, etc.) are correct.
I would recommend listing it as 3 lbs for USPS Ground Advantage. Right now, that's cheaper to ship than 2 lbs. I know, "Crazy!" but true.

·Aug 15, 2026 at 12:14 AMIf you are using calculated shipping @carob_4511 it is the information YOU put into the calculator that is the issue. You seem to have issues with your shipping amount on most of your listings, not just the clothing items. This is something you want to pay attention to ASAP as you may be scaring away buyers on some and on others that are too low, you will cost yourself money.
Take your time and review the info you have put into your listing carefully. Assume NOTHING. This is something that only YOU can resolve.

I'm in Mobile, Alabama -not close to you but not the furthest, and here are the shipping I'm seeing on some of your items. I think you must have selected something on a listing and all the ones you created since are suffering from that enhanced fee scenario.

If you are using calculated shipping, edit the list and change the mistake you made that caused it.
I see two coats that show $132 delivery to me. What dimensions and weight did you use?

·Aug 14, 2026 at 8:58 PMIf you are using calculated shipping, you cannot change it. Most likely, there is a mistake in your listing. Check your measurements and weight, and make sure the checkbox is not checked for oversize package.
