Hello, I sold an item and the buyer lives in Hong Kong and he ask “ask seller for a shipping quote. I never had this happen before since ebay took care of it. So my listing says that i ship to Hong Kong but he keeps getting error. To complete your order, go to checkout and update your shipping address or request shipping to you're location. What to do? Thanks.

·Aug 9, 2026 at 9:17 AMCancel the transaction and state issue with buyers address. Then find yourself another buyer. Tell the buyer there is nothing you can do about it.

·Aug 9, 2026 at 6:49 AMThe issue is on the buyer's end. Sounds like he needs to update his shipping address. There is no "ask seller for a shipping quote" option -- system will give the buyer the shipping information before he purchases.

I'd like to buy this item, but shipping to my country isn't available. Could you enable shipping to Hong Kong?”
