Shipped economy serves bought though Ebay, Well Usps said ebay didnt pay them, I lost everything..
I sold a Power Ranger movie set. I shipped this via eBay Economy Shipping and even purchased extra loss protection. It was all taken from my eBay funds account. This shipping is split 50/50 between USPS and FedEx. It stopped halfway through the shipping process, and I emailed USPS; they told me that eBay hasn't paid for the shipping. Well, eBay released the money to me, then the guy complained, and eBay negative my account. I filed for a lost package, and FedEx was first, so I had to file it with them. Well, they told me it was in the USPS's hands, and they couldn't do anything. Well, finally, after months, they delivered the package to the guy, and he will not ship it back to me. No, he will not communicate. On top of it all, eBay kicked me out of the promotion. Please, I need help with this issue

Some clarification would be helpful.
What do you mean when you use the term "eBay Economy Shipping," as that seems to be very loosely defined -- what precise shipping method did you use?
And how were you able to split a shipment between both USPS and FedEx?
Sounds a bit confusing.
