Shipment overdue???

Why is my order scheduled to ship today being flagged as overdue?? This just started, I see other sellers having same issues.

I got the same thing, I posted about it as well, Order came in last night & this morning Customer paid shipping overdue, all i know is mine is shipping out later Today.

I was reviewing that page for info and wanted to make this visible:

Handling and dispatch time

We define handling time as the time it takes you to hand over the item to the shipping provider after the buyer has paid.

Buyers want their purchases to arrive quickly so we recommend setting a dispatch time of no more than 2 days. Shorter dispatch times are always better if you can reliably meet them.

If you offer 1-day handling, remember the time frame isn't based on 24 hours: it's the end of the next business day. For example, if a buyer pays for your item on Monday, it needs to be scanned by Tuesday, 11:59pm.

If an item is bought on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, it needs to have tracking added by Monday, 11:59pm.

Not sure if that applies, but this may be this week's bug issue. lol Last week it was the month roll over effect with items not being relisted automatically right away.

I have one day handling with no cut off time, so if they order by midnight I ship next day; this hasn't happened before just hoping it's a current "bug". thank you for the info.
