Ship 1 sale in 2 packages
Sold 5 items to same buyer that need to be shipped in 2 different packages. Already printed one label but can't figure out how to get another label. I would like to be able to do this in the mobile app. Is it possible?

·Sep 17, 2026 at 5:25 PMJust go back to the same place you did to purchase the first label, and it should warn you that you've already purchased a label but still let you enter the size and weight for the second one and purchase another label. I haven't used the app to purchase shipping labels, but it should work like the website. If not, maybe try it in the mobile app if you don't have easy access to a computer right now.

·Sep 17, 2026 at 6:00 PM@selsa84 selsa84 On the App go to the Label you already purchased for the Order inside Manage Shipping and "Swipe Left"...the Purchase Another Label option then comes up.

·Sep 17, 2026 at 5:50 PM@selsa84 When you purchase a second label for the same order, as mentioned above, your order will then show two separate tracking numbers, one for each package.
