I have an item where the buyer wants to return the item. Can I set things up on my end or does the buyer have to make the request?

Your buyer needs to open the return. Send them this link if they are unfamiliar with the return process:

·3 years agoBuyer needs to go to PURCHASE HISTORY (and click RETURN THIS ITEM). Buyer prints return label from his computer.
Buyer would need to open a return request.
