Setting up Bundle Discounts

I'm trying to set up Bundle Discounts and have followed all the instructions but when I get to the Bundle Discounts option on my page it say yes and no. I currently have no selected and the options appear ghosted so I am not able to select yes. So there is no way to get past that point and set up the % discount for multiple purchases. Does anyone know how to get the yes/no option un-ghosted so I can change that selection?

My Bundled Discounts option is also greyed out. I closed my store a couple months ago so maybe this feature requires a store subscription??? Is this option a gradual roll-out to select sellers? If so, when can all sellers expect to be able to use the new feature???
