OH THANK YOU for helping ignorant ole me, lol. I really had wondered what NARU meant for the longest time! I think I always confused it with ..... oh poop now I can't remember ... what's the acronym for counterfeits or whatever? ....AH! -VERO. 🤣😆😂
Okay I'm finally going to 'out' my ignorance and ask, what does NARU stand for ? "Not A Real User"? That's my only guess.
Ahhh thank you. But registered user of what? A buyer/seller eBay account? A Community account? Also where did you find that? This is what their profile shows. Other than that, all I know to do is click 'View listings" and they have zero listings, but I don't see that 'NARU' thing.
NARU on their profle means they no longer can buy, sell, or sign in. They've been kicked off eBay. Household members and anyone else that eBay associates with them will also get the boot.
You can sometimes be restricted to sell but you can still buy.
You can lose buyer protection if you make too many claims.
Because it does not fit the product model, requires different processes and policies, and has not worked well for other marketplace sites.
IMO the Ebay member community is less suited for making this work than any other online marketplace.
Yep.
Aside from the absolute cacophony of problems associated with he said/she said.
I remember the days when the Web was more infant (...than now...) folks trying to sell website creation when HTML/Flash was basically the only games in town. OH MY GOSH I used to laugh and feel sad at folks buying into that stuff.
Still happens but not so much in marketplaces.
My ladies once sister in law who's rather one of the folks with the ummm... Hmmm... "I got's to be somebody cuz' if I ain'ts then I'z a nobody!" sorta hair covered strudel... Oh my gosh. Rather, RaTheR, RATHER! Than ask me to do it and I've done buckets of em' with Wordpress, Joomla and others even having done some custom PHP code as needed... Nope, she hires a place! I mean FORBID that I actually tell her what she need learn right? No... nO... NO! NO NO! LOL.
She pays five grand! YES five GRAND for a Wordpress website that OH MY GOSH what a piece of petrified, putrefied, puke enabled poopstu's!!!
Needless to say, "Megafail" but nope, can't even admit it. They smashed for $80 a month in hosting on and on with on the phone training of things like "How to edit and upload an image." OH MY GOSH!
Don't even ask what the website was for! JEEBERS!!!!
She wrote a book on a natural cure for cold sores and was gonna hit the bigtime. YEPstu's! LOL.
End run? Welp... She'd probably made more money sitting in a road half dressed saying, "Please donate... I need everything."

·2 years agoI've had this happen more than once. My store is small but I've been on ebay for a while as a buyer and seller.
I'm pretty sure it's intentional. Ebay kind of forces sales when this happens

·2 years agoSpecialty Services is a category. MBG is not offered in that category.
Many scammers list physical items in that category in order to rip off buyers.

·2 years agoLook how poorly they handle any item issues for sellers. It would be exponentially worse for service disputes.

Would these “services†have anything to do with your tagline?

Any poems out there for the New Year?? 😋
retro_entertainment_collectibles
·2 years agoI'd done a Christmas one somewhere online here, never finished a new rendition of the "Night Before."
Try wing one:
New Years!
New Years!
New Years Eve!
Within the forums what shall we see?
Shall it be that joyous night?
Or one engrained in written strife?
Whilst sellers measure up the seasons sales...
Hoping the New Year brings forth shopping gales!
Me while I peddle what none does need.
No sympathy given forth fellow sellers towards me.
For I have the plethora's of PC Games
In world of console players who shout out, "How lame!"
Yet still I travel gifted sales here and there,
Wondering where time has gone and with it my hair.
But I shall keep my spirit upbeat rather than beat up,
For it is upon me to bare fruit or drink from a tin cup.
As we head into a this coming New Year,
Be happy and fruitful for you're gifts held dear.
For tomorrow is always a brand new day!
Wishing you all blessings and good fortune eBay...

·2 years agoOf course there is also the very well known chant for sales.
It must be said slowly, read over and over speeding up slight each time...
It goes:
"Ohwah..." "Tagu..." "Siam..." over and over speeding up each time its read.
