Sending offers to watchers
I have 2 items with watchers I want to send offers to. The items both will not allow me to click on the send offer option to offer these watchers a % off the items. I've cleared my history, logged out of eBay and back in and shut dow my computer and restarted it hoping it was just a glitch. What am I missing?

OP3 years agoThanks everyone for the input. I think I have an IT issue, I signed in on my husbands laptop and was able to send the offers. My desktop isn't giving me access to the send offers button. Guess I have a project 🙃

·3 years agoEBAY decides which items you can send offers to. Go to Listing, Active Listing (click on Send Offer tab).

·3 years agoYou just started selling, or 're-selling'; I also think you have to be Top Rated to send offers- are you?
I just don't see enough listed or sold the past 90 days to see you are even eligible yet. In Seller Hub, does it show how many items you are eligible to 'send offers'??

·3 years agoThat is incorrect. I am not TRS and I send offers out every week.

Shows a 'number' in () that you can send offers to.....
Possibly these 'watchers' just became watchers- so takes a bit of time??

·3 years agoIf you already sent offers to them, you can't send offers to the same people again. You won't get the option again until someone new watches your items.

May, may not be reason.
Buyers can "opt out" of receiving offers. If watchers have "opted out" you will not be able to send an offer.
