sending offers
New listings with watchers that have never sent offers before, why on some I can send offers and others I can not? The send offer option is just not there. Is this a glitch or am I missing something? The listing I screen shot was listing about a month ago and has 3 watchers.

·5 months agoI see you sell toys. I use offers and it works for me. I sell Hot Wheels. I believe it depends on what a person sells. Toy collectors do watch items often. I collect and buy also. I know what I'm talking about. That 10% off just might be what gets the price within their range. I don't send individual offers, I send from the available list that shows on my active listings page. If only one sale is made, it's worth the time.

In addition to what @participatrophy stated, any buyers on your BBL are watching your items, you won't be able to send them offers.
I wouldn't worry too much about it. Watchers are not buyers. What you want as a seller is a buyer. In my experience, if someone wants to buy, they buy the item. If I had to depend open sending out offers to get sales I'd be in a major world of hurt.

·5 months agoEntirely possible all three watchers have changed the setting in their site preferences to no longer receive any offers at all in a futile attempt to get eBay to quit pinging their notifications with the automated offers that get triggered by viewing an item. Don't know how likely it is, but it's for sure entirely possible.
