SEND OFFERS NOT WORKING with cell phone offers...glitsch?

Why is it on my Android telephone that I go to send offers and it goes right to the top of my list? Is there a glitch in the system?... It's been a few days now you think somebody would have noticed?

Yes been happening for a week or so for me, since the last update for eBay app I did on phone, is when I noticed it.

For now if I see a send offer I just use my laptop and browser to get it done.

Hope it is fixed soon
