Send offers feature on seller hub doesn't work very well.

Right now, the bell in top right corner shows 2 offers declined from over a week ago. Sometimes, a buyer makes an offer and I'm not notified and the offer expires. Lots of glitches.

I get about 10% acceptance from Send Offer.

I always know about account activity because I sign into my selling accounts every day and look at the Overview page of my seller hub. I have it configured to show me everything I need.

I see that on the mobile app but not in Seller Hub. They definitely have some problems with offers updating right now.
