Send offer to interested buyers not working.
When I try to send 5% less offer to interested buyers it no longer works. I’ve never had trouble with this before and I do it often. Help?

·2 years agoWhenever something like this happens here, I mentally shrug and think, "Oh well, it IS eBay" and find something else to do.
99% of the time when I come back to it ... it's fixed.

·2 years agoSince the 5% was an allowed discount, I guess it's one of these reasons from the 'Best Offer' Help Page.

OP2 years agoThanks! eBay must have fixed the problem as it finally started working again so it must have been a glitch at their end.

Does it mean you cannot send any offers to watchers who you have sent repeated offers to? There are limits.
Does it mean there are some watchers you can never send offers to? Buyers can opt out.
Or does it mean your computer explodes?
