·2 years agoSince many of your costs will not be known to eBay, keep your own records of your procurement and packaging costs,as well as of any refunds etc you may have.
EBay's reliable records go back 90 days.
Anything older is a lucky accident.
Print out your eBay records.
Trust but verify.

·2 years agoExactly! They will go back to the date you were induced into Managed Payments (anywhere from 2018 to 2021). I suspect the data will be available for 7 years just like it was for PayPal.

Use the drop-down list under Time period to select Custom and then enter the date range for the report you want the report to cover.
