Selling radium watch?

Hey all I have an expensive ww2 watch id like to sell. I've seen some people say its fine but this one has a lot of radium! Would it be okay to still sell? Would it be okay to ship? Thoughts?

Can not be shipped USPS, not sure about other carriers,

Maybe if you can jump through hoops for class 7 hazardous materials.
