Selling radium watch?

Hey all I have an expensive ww2 watch id like to sell. I've seen some people say its fine but this one has a lot of radium! Would it be okay to still sell? Would it be okay to ship? Thoughts?

Can not be shipped USPS, not sure about other carriers,
