I've just sold an item and the buyer has paid. When they come to collect and offer me a slightly lower price because of the items condition can I accept this price and how do I refund money and stay within eBay rules?

·3 years agoIf the buyer paid through eBay then you can send a partial refund through the transaction. Instructions can be found here:

If you are doing a local pickup, make sure you know the process for scanning the QR code to confirm delivery (pickup) for seller protections.
