selling dvds at below media mail rate. how do people do it? Just mail in paper sleeve?

I've notice alot of seller selling dvds for under media mail shipping rates and then offering free shipping. How do they do it? Do they just put in paper sleeves and put in an envelope?

If you have enough volume you can ship Media Mail Presort for $2.80

Are you asking how to package them?

Sellers that are selling anything for less that it would cost them to pay Ebay and ship the item are usually large sellers that depend on buyers purchasing multiple items.

Not a good business model for you to follow.
