Selling a Vehicle

Been with ebay for almost 20 years with a couple stores but this was the first time selling a vehicle. It appears ebay has now handed off another function to a third party called Caramel to handle vehicle transactions. I have never been so frustrated with a system in my life. I am extremly concerned about how much additional information about myself that I needed to forward to them to complete the sale. After 3 days of not getting paid, I reached out to them and they said I had to be patient. Patient? after 3 days? I am very concerned about all my personal info I gave them because I ended up canceling the sale and the buyer left me negative feedback about it. That doesn't bother me as much as all the info they have about me including photos of all my personal info. I know $13K is a lot of money to some but I also had $650K vehicle for sale as well which I immediately took down. I guess my 100% positive feedback and member for 20 years doesn't mean much anymore. NEVER AGAIN!!

·1 month agoGlad you got that off your chest. If you had posted here before posting those cars, you would have been told to NEVER DO ANYTHING THAT IS AUTOMATED!! Sell WITHOUT using Carmel.
