If the items are not in demand, they are not going to sell.
Drop-shipping can be a risky business model. You have no control, but all the responsibility, over the quality, storage, packaging and shipping of the items you have listed. And without a keen understanding of the American market to start with, sales can be quite elusive, or when finally purchased, can be negatively impacted by failures in the supply chain.
If i were you, i would pull down all of your items until you have a better handle on how to present goods for ecommerce. It will be nearly impossible to attract buyers with the given information as it now stands.
