@aciidcastles why delete out your opening post?? I recently sold a lot of my husbands old Pokémon games, it’s the first time I’ve ever really shipped anything in volumes. The postal lady gave me 9 tracking numbers, there were a total of 17 packages. So I couldn’t put the tracking on the remaining 6...
If everyone did that; this place would be one big Blank.

I Never said Anything about being a 'violation'.
And what will happen if it's done again, and again, and again??....
When we create labels through eBay, the tracking numbers are automatically loaded and those sales drop off of that screen.
When we buy labels at the Post Office, we can manually Add Tracking to get those sales to drop off of that screen. Click on Add Tracking and enter the tracking number.
I don't understand the numbers you wrote about. 17 - 9 = 6
If some buyers made more than one purchase and you combined them into one package, then you can reuse some of the tracking numbers, as appropriate.
If they never gave you a second receipt with more tracking numbers or if you lost that receipt, it is unlikely you will get the numbers you need to satisfy the tracking requirements.
If buyers have filed Item Not Received cases and you can't input a tracking number, you should refund promptly before eBay steps in to close the cases and gives you a strike.
Problem being they only gave me 9 tracking numbers instead of 17 😭..the nine they gave me I’m golden on. They all delivered. No problems. But the other 6 🙃 I have no clue what to do on. I’m going to the post office in the morning and see if there’s anything that can be done; but seeing as they didn’t provide tracking…I don’t know if that’s possible.

·5 months agoWhen a buyer makes a payment, the item appears on the Items Awaiting Shipment screen.

... unless you shipped some of those packages using a service that does not include tracking.

All the tracking numbers should be on the USPS receipt that you should have received at the post office counter.
Just enter those tracking numbers into the blocks that currently have missing tracking numbers, and you should be okay.
