Selling
I sold a amp and pre amp on eBay,eBay issued only one shipping label for UPS ,I told UPS it was 2 boxes because of the weight ,I tried to buy another shipping label they told me I could not because it was eBay label but they guaranteed me it would be fine.
Well one box didn't get there and is now lost , so eBay deposited 550.00 in my bank account and said there was no fault on me and that case was closed .I was upset because it sold for 750.00 so I closed my eBay account disappointed ,then about a month later I noticed my bank account wasn't right,went to bank and find out that the same day they put the 550.00 in my account they came back and took 809.00 out of my account,I never was notified ,and I never got my items back.
I am heart broken and devastated financially because of this.
I have tried and tried to resolve this theft of my items and money.9
They refuse to help me ?
What can I do?

Did the buyer open a case through Ebay or their credit card?

·2 years agoYes, each box needs a label - no surprise that it was lost. And no one stole your money. Do you think that the buyer should be out of luck on this one? eBay? Seriously stinks for you - I get it. But put yourself in the buyer’s shoes. Or eBay’s.
as an aside, you can print two labels for one eBay order - I’ve done it plenty of times. Seems like the problem was that you wanted to buy another label at the ups store - is that right?
