Sellers performance
I mailed a couple of items that the customer did not receive but it was not of any fault of mine but it hurt my preference rating. I tried to explain but it did not help. My current rating is below and it was always above before and want to get it back up ASAP. Can someone please help me? I have read the articles and and following the guidelines. Thank you in advance.

·6 months ago@doratheexplorer864 You need to have some loss leaders. These are items you are okay with taking a loss on. It can be something you have listed, or you go to the bank and get you a stack of $2 bills. List them for .99¢ each with free shipping. List one at a time so that one buyer does not buy them all in one transaction. You need many transactions to get out of the hole you are in so you don't have to wait a year for them to automatically fall off.

OP4 months agoAlso, how many transactions do I need to do? I also asked in another reply, but I do not see it that how long should I wait in between each listing?
