Sellers Other Listings ZERO

I only use it to see if I sold anything.

·3 weeks agowhen I click on my sellers other items on my own account it shows up zero even though I have listings I've spoken to eBay and they tell me it's a issue with the app, I said if that was the case then everyone would be the same

·2 years agoI have over 3k listings and only around 600 are showing up. This has been happening for a long time on all 3 of our anchor stores. The eBay mobile app is used by 35% of all buyers. Missing out on sales for sure...

·2 years agoIf I look at my listings on the app, it doesn't show a number at all, just "Seller's Other Items" and does take me to a complete list. I looked up a random listing from someone else to check, and I see the same thing there. If it's a bug, it seems it's only affecting some people. Could definitely be a bug, though, which seems likely. Maybe they're rolling out a new version to show how many listings there are from that seller, but it's glitching?

·2 years agoI don't have that issue because I don't use the app, I have it, but I prefer eBaying from a browser especially with anything to do with selling. With my ever aging eyes things on the app are hard to see.

I do not use my phone very much for eBay, however, I did notice what you described yesterday. I just checked a listing and it still shows 0.

OP2 years agoIf you click on it you get your listings, But it has never shown 0 before, Has me a bit concerned

·2 years agoWhy? It helps focus the discussion on specific things. App issues aren't necessarily related to buying or selling exclusively, so people might not know where to post many things otherwise.
