Seller sold defective item. I want to keep and repair. They are acting like it,s their first day on eBay when in fact they have been a member longer than me 21 years to my 18 years. I ask for a partial refund and they act like it is so hard . I even sent step by step click onto this next page drop down menu . How long should I wait to they figure it out ? In your opinion. I am just curious .I thought it was some young girl and her first sale ever until I checked their profile.
