LOL --- look at the tracking eBay it is STUCK, I do not have it ,, and will not refund till I have it ,,, you will have to steal my money from me!! so do what you got to do..

They will, and a defect on top of that. Better resolve the case and work with buyer once the tracking shows "Delivered".
