Seller Protection - INAD - and Buyer Reporting
Buyer returned unliked item as INAD. Buyer is experienced Ebay user and wrote she knew how to work the system and Ebay would rule in her favor. I reported this buyer immediately, Ebay escalation team member says no report. I am blocked from reporting the buyer again. Anyone experienced with help. Buyer was very aggressive in messaging and has history of using profanity with her own buyers and negative feedback from other sellers. I want mine to count.

OP1 year agoIn her feedback there are back and forth IN ALL CAPS with other people who have encountered her. They mention karma to her.
Eg. "
I took the hit, I just want to get my report to count. I'm sure she has multiple reports already. I've been trying and still cannot file a new report, yet escalation can't see a report and told me to file again. 😞 They also told me to give free returns to avoid this, but of course I don't want to pay when people just don't like the item. So frustrating. I can try social media but really for my own sanity should just drop it.

·1 year agoReports fall on deaf ears; written ones find the round file receptacle.
Reporting ONLY helps when MANY report that same person for 'violating' etc.
So, simply report and move on. Someday they will get theirs.

·1 year agoI am very sorry this happened to you. Sellers do not have to tolerate that type of abusive messages, however I don't recommend reporting each message that you found out of line. When you do that, they disappear. Ebay does take notice, but they are gone from your records.
If you haven't tried this, I suggest you report the buyer here.

If you have done that and/or in addition to, I strongly suggest you contact Ebay and voice a complaint about the abusive emails and the return process you had to endure due to this buyers abuse of the system.
If you do this, I hope you will come back and tell us what they said.
On each Ebay page there is a link to contact Customer Service at the top of the page and again at the bottom of the page.
I would suggest that you contact Ebay for Business on Facebook, Instagram or Twitter for the better trained CSRs.
Here are your options for contacting Ebay Customer Service. Please be aware that for social media CS, you send them a Private Message and briefly explain what your problem or issue is. Feel free to leave your Name, address, phone number and/or your email address in this message. It is private and secure and it may help to speed up the response for you.

Your options will be on the left. If you use the link below you can only get to the Automated Assistant or Chat box type AGENT in the box and hit enter. You will then get more options. Not all options are available 24/7. It will depend on staffing available. So sometimes you can request a call back and sometimes you can't. Sometimes you have the Chat option available and other times it won't me. If it is important to you to use one of those options, just try back later.
If you use a cell phone or other mobile device, you may need to turn off your Spam filter so that Ebay can call you.
If you are a seller outside of the US or Canada, you will need to use the Chat Option.
