Seller NARUed. Now what?
I have 3 outstanding purchases with the same seller that is now NARUed.
August 27 = Shipped (untracked)
August 29 = Ordered 2 but only received 1 ... Tracking says "Delivered" but delivery photo is not my house
September 3 = Awaiting shipment
If I don't get a refund from this seller, will ebay step in and refund me?

·3 weeks agoYou need to file the appropriate Claims in Ebay for each purchase. Sorry for your run of bad luck!!!

·3 weeks agoYou need to file two ITEM NOT RECEIVED cases on the 1st and last orders. You can file that one day after the last estimated delivery date has past. On the one that says delivered, you need to file a NOT AS DESCRIBED case. Get official confirmation from the carrier that the address it was delivered to was not your address. (You do not need who it was delivered to nor their address. Just that it was not delivered to you.)
Do not expect ebay to just step in and refund. You must follow the correct procedure as outlined above.
Once you file the cases ebay will message you on your further steps. It will take some time but be patient.
