Have to agree with others. Booties do not look new and you are asking a lot more than most who are selling similar items. I would lower the price and maybe revise some of the photos you are displaying.
You are both the Creator and the Editor. You have full control of what your listings say. You can click into a listing you have the need to change, on the upper left side click on Revise Listing. And then just take care of what you need to change.
There are other ways to arrive at the Revise Listing function through your Seller Hub, but what I described above is a quick and easy way too.
Since you are responsible for anything that is stated in your listings, you should get the corrected as quickly as possible.
Here is another way to get to revising a listing and instructions / explanation.
I only see one active listing for some baby slippers. If you are going to revise this listing, I would suggest putting the word Booties in the title too. Many people refer to baby slippers and baby booties.
You should take more care with your pics. You have bad lighting and lots of shadows. You want clear well lit pics.
You say these booties are new in box but don't give a pic of them in the box. And it is clear in some of your pics that the white trim is dirty/discolored or actually stained. Nothing is mentioned in your description, but it is seen in the pics. You will want to describe your items with all the details or you will just get an upset buyer and likely a return if purchased.

But seriously, @hometo , without a return policy, you need to make sure your listings are accurate and I'm with @@dhbookds. Those booties do not look brand new to me and if those pictures are accurate, you're in for a NAD claim!
I think I see a couple of the mistakes--"faux fur" and "sturdy construction". Since it is an auction it would be best to end the listing and make your corrections. It looks like you used AI and you have to be very careful with it.
