Seller level percentage calculations.
Has anyone ever questioned Ebay's math? My Seller dashboard says I have 982 sales, 3 of which were closed without seller resolution. How does this compute to .31%? In my calculation it comes to .00305. Is it just Ebay's policy to drop 2 decimal points because they want to and in the end they can charge you an additional 6% or so in fees?
Absolutely nothing changed from my previous month until now, yet I will be penalized after the next evaluation.

The math checks out. At least, that's the way my sixth grade teacher taught me to round numbers up and down.
Fortunately, this particular process has not changed in the more-than-60 years since I learned it.
And, yes, it is eBay's policy to set standards for sellers and to penalize sellers who do not meet those standards.
