Seller level forecast
Seller level forecast the report says we did not upload tracking on time (according to the report we only uploaded tracking 4 times the month of march) but this is not true. you can verify this {that we shipped and uploaded tracking on time} that the customer received a email from eBay on every day the month of march right after the item was shipped with tracking we provided. if we did not upload the tracking how did eBay guess what the tracking will be?

·2 years agoDo you mean you sent an email with the tracking.............rather than enter it into the space on Seller hub?

·2 years agoYou should be able to view a report so that you can see which transactions they say were not uploaded. There also has to have been at least one carrier scan.
I can’t see what you are selling but are you using eBay standard envelope?
