There are 22 different prints, copyrights by 4 people, one of which is me, the other three gave me
permission to publish their material at no charge.
Since you seem to state that you do not own the rights to all of these pictures, my suggestion is inappropriate, and it is likely that you will lack standing for any other remedy on any of these prints you do not own the copyright on. I am not a lawyer, just a business person who has paid enough of them to supplement my business law course I took in the 1960's.
It is quite possible your infringer did enough research to know he is not taking a big risk.

I wondered the same thing. @rendezvousbooks has sold three of these sets and has another listing up now.
I couldn't tell if he actually owns the copyright or if he is making copies and selling them himself or if he has multiple original sets of these prints.

OP7 months agoI published that folio, and the size is 10 x 15.25. ANY other size is not from me, THUS, a rip off.
There are 22 different prints, copyrights by 4 people, one of which is me, the other three gave me
permission to publish their material at no charge. This is back in 1968-73, a different era. The problem
is that my prints are SO FINE they are easy for Kinko's to run off dozens and try to match the paper.
And was never big commercial publishing venture, Frazetta was not the art star he is 40 years later !
