Seller Hub changed today
Classic ebay - another day another design - it does not add in any way - it is the same information moved to a forced unhelpful placement I have to work around - the actual changes that would help me as a seller are not forthcoming.
I really don't need to constantly see my past 90 day running tally that changes by the minute. I already know its not enough. A current Q4 tally would be helpful. The running daily tally would be more helpful, but I really don't need it. A comparison to last years Q4 or current month tally would help. But it doesn't need to be in the way of my work screen.

·10 months agoI got the change too. At first I didn't like it, but now it seems somewhat helpful. I do like having the Eligible for Offer number up top. That is a little handy. But I would like the box that has my selling number to have the option that we can close it or display it. As well as having any other boxes that appear above the tiles to be closeable.
I will send this in to Ebay as my comments on the change. I encourage everyone to send in your feedback on the changes. It is very easy to do.
On the lower right side of your screen is a "?" icon. Click on that and then just follow the instructions. Keep in mind that venting or showing how upset you may be is not helpful. They need to gather data in order to make decisions regarding what sellers like and don't like. Plus those that read your comments are not the people responsible for approving the actual changes, so not fair to them to be upset.

This change probably came as the result of a suggestion from someone who sold one item on ebay.

·10 months agoChanges to the Seller Hub has absolutely nothing to do with losing or gaining buyers. They are simply not related in any way.

·10 months agoHATE IT! The first and most important section that I look at everyday is gone. Now I have to hunt for the information. This was a really dumb thing to do to sellers right before the holiday season.

·10 months agoYeah, mine changed today. I agree that it is different, but that's it. No improvement, just different. I never wanted to use the hub to begin with, but I got used to it. That doesn't mean I want to constantly retrain my eyes to find what I need. My eyes definitely don't need to see valuable space used to show my feedback total twice within an inch or so of each other. Also agree that a rolling 90 day total right up top is totally useless to me. Wish I could move that out of the way.
Remember how we could move stuff around. It's also funny to me how it was presented back in the day as a great resource that each seller can customize to what is most important to them. Well, that ship sailed.
I posted elsewhere how the "eligible to send offers" is way less helpful to me now than before, but it's different, so maybe that was the only plan all along.

·10 months agoIf they REALLY wanted to be helpful, they'd go back to the sales etc tally being by calendar month as the default. I don'yt know why they're so OBSESSED with wanting to show us 90 day totals.

·10 months agoSame here, its better than the one they did a couple weeks ago but its useless. Don't need to see my ID and feedback twice, don't send offers or how much I sold the last 90 days. Only scary part is when the mess around with something, they screw up something else, waiting on the next round of glitches.
