No one here can help you until you tell us what's going on.
First, what reason did you use when you opened the return? Did you say it doesn't fit? Or that you changed you mind?
Second, what is the seller's return policy? Do they accept returns? If they accept returns, did you open the return within the time frame they allow?
If the seller declined the return, it sounds like you opened a remorse return (something that is not the fault of the seller) or you asked for a return after their time frame. If either of these happened, then you are not eligible for a refund.
If something else happened, let us know and we can offer advice.
If you opened a case through ebay, the seller has no power to close it unilaterally - if you just messaged the seller and asked to return for refund, and seller refused, that's a different story.
Edit: I neglected to mention in the case of a remorse return, i.e. doesn't fit, didin't like it, changed mind, etc. That would be at the seller's discretion if they state a no return policy. If you opened for not as described, doesn't match description, sellers policy becomes moot.
If the buyer opened Return using a Remorse reason, and the Seller has item set to No Returns, the Seller can deny the return and the Return Case is closed.

If you used a CC, you could file a claim with them. But you'll have to give them a reason for asking, too. 😑

If it was considered a remorse return and the seller has a no return policy, they can dent a return.
Was was the reason for the return and what choice did you select?

·8 months agoI don't think a seller can "close a case" if it was properly initiated.
