Seller cannot message buyer after purchase.
Why can't a seller message a buyer after purchase? I wanted to contact the buyer after purchasing shipping labels to inform him that multiple packages were required to ship the purchase. That is the only possible unusual circumstance, but I can't send the message, as it's button is grayed out.
