Seller cancelling order
Hi sold an item that was new in box. When I sent to ship it I realized it has been used (it came from Amazon mystery box and I have never received a used item in a mystery box). Anyways I am trying to cancel the order. How do I cancel it? Will I be penalized from EBay?

If you cancel the order, you'll have to cancel as out of stock and yes, you'll get a defect and possible negative feedback.

·1 year agoFirst, did you contact buyer? They might want it still with a small refund.
Second, if you need to cancel go to order and choose on drop down "cancel"
Yes, you will get a "defect" against your account
