Thanks. His ID says he is in china, but the shipping address is in USA. I had a few like this last year and did not have any issues. Not sure if it is some kind of way to get international shipping. I did not offer international. Will give him a week to pay and follow the procedure for non paying bidder.
Your buyer should have not purchased if they cannot pay for them.
Probably best to cancel and relist. Either use issue with buyers address or buyers request for reason.
Zero feedback and trying to buy $500.00+ on their first purchase. This can be a red flag! Might want to check your buyer's location and what the shipping address looks like. If your findings are still questionable, might just ship each separately with signature required.
Thanks for your reply. I am not very good with this stuff. I am the seller. Guy won 2 separate auctions. Total aprox 500 for both. His claim is he can not sent that much in one transaction. Wants to pay for each one separately. Can I separate the invoice some how.

·1 year agoThey might be able to funnel 2 payments methods through paypal but it is really not your problem - the time to ask these questions is BEFORE you bid.
They probably have a limit on their debit or checking for security.

·1 year agoThe only way to do this is cancel, refund, relist and have the buyer buy them separately, they need to not use the shopping cart.
If the items were bought at auction I have no advise
