Seler Hub Selling page updated again... cant re-order the information boxes anymore??
Seller page in the hub just updated yesterday and added an extra couple of lines at the top that look like the mobile app- bubble like boxes with the same information that was in the normal modules below. So now we have to scroll more to get to what we want but whatever.... Problem is that teh update relocated all the boxes i had in the order i want and I cannot find the customize or edit button anymore.
Am i just missing it or did ebay get rid of it?

·10 months agoThe listing pages are cluttered again with way too many distractions from what I want to look at.
And the visual clutter isn't even for similar items; it's filled with listings that have spammed Item Specifics. What a mess.
Now where is what I was looking for?
The listing page needs to be more user-friendly and visually appealing. Right now, it feels overcrowded with too much content on one page. The listing itself should take priority at the top, without being surrounded by other ads. Placing additional advertising below the listing would result in a cleaner and more organized layout.
Casual browsing is also less enjoyable with all the moving images. I still believe the default setting for videos or animations should be off. If I want to watch something, I can click play. Having both moving and static images on one page is overwhelming and hard on my eyes (and brain).
For some of us, window shopping used to be a live experience, often leading to a purchase.
But window shopping is gone; they’ve killed the experience.
So, who decided all this visual clutter was a good idea?
And honestly, every shopping site does this or is moving in that direction.
What, annoy shoppers and they’ll buy more? I seriously doubt it.

Just more of the trying to simplify the desktop website to the inferior mobile experience that causes more work, more clicks, less efficiency, more frustration, etc. If its been a year since some have sen the change- i doubt customizing will be back

·10 months agoWe have found that when things disappear - as they sometimes do - they usually reappear in short order.
This minor inconvenience should eventually be resolved. The answer may be just to wait it out.

·10 months agoeBay got rid of the Customize link sometime last year, I think, and it hasn't been back. It's possible yours was still there, as I know my Seller Hub didn't update the last time it was changed, though it has updated to the new version this time, but I still didn't have the Customize option then either.
You can click the ? button in the bottom right to send feedback both about the changes to the layout and/or the lack of a customize option if you want. That gets it directly to the team that's responsible for the Seller Hub.

Been that way for many of us for a while nowâ˜¹ï¸ No going back button.
