Lot sale of disposable party supplies purchased at approximately $30,000.

Currently organized by style, theme, and color in "16 3/8 x "12 5/8 x "12 5/8 cardboard boxes. Just under 300 boxes.

Looking for selling options, and heard there used to be a Seller Directory on eBay.

EBAY no longer has "seller assistant program". It will be hard to find another Seller who wants to handle your merchandise (EBAY reports income to the IRS based on Seller's social security number).

Even if an EBAY sellers wanted to help you, they would have no way to contact you. EBAY website bans anyone from exchanging contact information.

You might want to try and sell it by posting on a local social media site (that allows you to exchange contact information).

Used to be. It's different with managed payments instead of PayPal and sales reported to the IRS. Who's bank account will be used for deposits? Will you give banking details to a stranger? (not recommended) Who's SS# will be used for reporting? Who will take care of returns, charge backs and scammers?

There's a reason Party City went out of business. They were selling the stuff for pennies on the dollar at the end and put just as much in the trash for dumpster divers.

There is no more seller assistant program on ebay in general. (There may be a remaining one for designer handbags though). You could advertise locally for the sort of help you need, and perhaps sell the goods outright for cash. You seem to have a large amount. Have you checked what like items for eBay are selling for, and how often?

eBay may be an option, but not many experienced sellers are going to do this for even a promise 50% of the take. Things may take weeks or months to sell or not sell at all. When things don't sell that amount would be zero.

I wouldn't even know where to start. in an ideal world I'd sell the lot as one package, but of course nothing of that size is listed anywhere, and I have no idea how to find data on how frequent individual items/small assortments are selling.

Use the SEARCH feature for like items/lots you have. Select to view "Sold"/completed. The prices will be in green if they sold. I think the list will show the last couple of months or so only.
