sales restrictions of $500 and above.
Probably many have encountered a restriction on the sale of goods $ 500 and above, taking into account delivery to the United States. I am located in Kazakhstan. I had ads exceeding $ 500. Now I can not post these ads. But I see that other sellers from Kazakhstan are posting ads over $ 500. How do they do it? I contacted customer support. They told me that I can exclude the United States from the countries where the goods are not delivered. But I do not have "United States" in my settings. Customer support told me that I cannot exclude the United States from the delivery countries, since the eBay platform is located on the territory of the United States. Maybe someone solved this problem? I have buyers from other countries, and they ask me to post ads, but I can’t.

·8 months agoIn order to exclude the US from shipping, you have to post your listings on another eBay site.
For example, if you list on eBay UK, www.ebay.co.uk, then you can exclude the USA from the shipping and list items that are more than US$500. They would be priced in GBP, so take that into account.

·8 months agoHi @race_carb . The $500 limit for international sellers can only be bypassed if you have a dedicated account manager which is an invite-only program so you're not likely to take that path.
There is no way to block sales to the US when you list on the .com site as this is the US "home" site.
If you want to block sales to the US you need to switch to a different eBay site - like Germany or UK or any of the international sites found in the list on the bottom right corner of the page.
Each of those sites has its own dedicated Community so you'll need to visit the site's local Community if you need help getting started and learning the policies.
