sales block in one category
Has anyone had this problem? after 3 months of successful sales (over 300 orders) ebay first blocked my account due to mc011. after checking everything he needed. they decided to unblock my account except for one category which is the biggest part of my business. Is there still any point in trying to unblock this category?

You have 100% positive feedback because, in 4 short months, you have used your yearly allotment of feedback revisions, and because the 7 neutral feedback don’t count.
That's 12 people, in a very short span of time, who did not have a positive experience with you.
The returns are likely what caught the attention of eBay and caused them to take action on your account.

·1 year agoWe had 1 buyer who left 13 negative feedbacks, we tried to each out to the buyer but he blocked us and were not able to receive our messages. We then reached out to him in another way, we showed screenshots that we messaged him 4 times on 4 different days. We eventually understood and removed the feedbacks. We have sold more than 2,000 coins. So that's only 1 person, not 12 people.

I've had to do that.
Also, look at your title wording. Might be a word that Ai doesn't like.

OP2 years agoAfter careful consideration, we have decided to restrict your account indefinitely from listing in the Clothing, Shoes & Accessories category. You are still able to list and sell items in other categories; however, you will not be able to list in this category any longer. We know you may be disappointed with this decision but please understand we have taken this action to help ensure a safer buying and selling environment on eBay.
i dont know where i can sell used clothing, i know I have a lot of outdoor clothing etc. but where can I sell jeans?
