Royal Mail collection booking
Having problems with Booking a collection where my buyer has paid for delivery using self select. Twice in the last week Royal Mail have turned up the following day rather than the day I had booked. For example I physically booked the collection on the system on 31 August (Sunday) for Royal Mail to come on 2nd September (Tuesday). They arrived this morning on 1st September. I now need to go through the process of rebooking them.
It's happened twice in a week so there is clearly a disconnect between eBay and the carrier.
