This forum will provide you with a lot of suggestions some of which you already have received from @mam98031 and others. About the only thing I would add is if eBay is the only site you are selling on you should look to diversify across other platforms and venues to possibly increase your sales and reduce your risk.
EBay does not hold the monopoly they once held and many sellers and buyers are exploring other alternatives. My eBay sales now only account for a little under 20% of my sales. EBay has such an extensive list of banned and prohibited items as well as the VERO program there are a lot of items I simply cannot list on eBay but can on other sites. This may, however, not apply to you give the current items you sell
You are also at risk on eBay should your account get suspended or audited for some reason and they put your funds on hold for an extended period of time.

I have a comment.
In your shoes listings, the shoes are shown on priority mail boxes, implying (IMO) that you're shipping by priority mail. However the listings show Ground Advantage shipping.
I'd recommend either upgrading your shipping to priority mail to match the boxes shown or use plain cardboard boxes on which to photograph the shoes.
So far given what you're selling (saturated categories) you're doing fine. Best way to learn is to look at other seller's listings - what are they doing right or wrong.

You may do even better asking on the Clothing and Accessories Board.
Most of the members posting here have more experience selling than even the trained employees on eBay's various social media Chats.
