Return shipping
The buyer received the item. Left good feedback that indicated she was pleased with her purchase. Within hours, she is asking for a return, saying she bought it by mistake. So I approved the return. Unfortunately, I did all this on the app on my phone. How do I send her the return postage to send the item back? I have spent way too much time on several occasions looking for this. For the most part, eBay has been very intuitive. I can't intuit this one. Help!

·1 year agoYou have a "free return" policy on your listings so you pay for the return. You can set up your preferences to issue the return label automatically.
