Return refund to buyer
Am a seller and I have late deliveries , and EBay given refund . Now if the customer receives the item . And doesn’t reported then what happens . The Seller losing his/ Her item

·1 year agoFor me it is a write-off. They get the item and there money back. I get a chunk of them if I refund most of the time they are still getting the cards. Unless there is past history all you can do is block the buyer.

·1 year agoOnce refund is given EBAY does NOT have a way for the Seller to get paid. Only thing you can do is contact the customer directly (hopefully they are honest) and try to arrange for payment "outside EBAY".
This is another horrible policy by EBAY which does not protect the Seller.

Did these buyers open INR claims? Did you upload tracking to those claims? Have you opened USPS traces and let these buyers know you were working on tracking and finding these items? That has worked for me in the past
