Return of antique auto parts from Canada
I've a customer who wants to return some expensive antique car parts. He's had them since before the recent 50% tariff on auto parts went into effect. Any idea if this is going to apply to these parts?

·1 month agoHe should complete the custom declaration as "Returned Goods" that way there should be no charges, but he is unlikely to be able to reclaim any tariffs he paid when the shipment arrived with him, get him to send you a copy of the shipping label and customs declaration showing he ticked returned goods so if they ask for payment before delivery you can show them its returned goods.
